After more than two years on the North Side, Galen Moorer Jr. and Sr. have created a rotating roster of nearly 60 flavors. Among the ice cream flavors in regular rotation at Happy Day Dessert Factory, Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake started out as a one-off, a birthday treat for a co-owner.
